  2. 1 small chopped Onion (Pyaz)
  3. 1 tsp crushed Garlic (Lehsan)
  4. 1 large cubes Tomato (Tamatar)
  5. 2 chopped Green chilies (Hari mirch)
  6. ½ tsp Cumin seeds (Zeera)
  7. ½ tsp or to taste Salt (Namak)
  8. ¼ tsp Turmeric powder (Haldee powder)
  9. ½ tbs Coriander powder (Dhania powder)
  10. ½ tsp or to taste Red chili powder (Lal mirch powder)
  11. 2 Cups florets Cauliflower (Phool gobhi)
  12. 1 Cup peeled & cubes Potato (Aloo)
  13. 1 & ½ Cups or as required water
  14. ½ tsp Garam masala powder
  15. Chopped Fresh coriander (Hara dhania)

Step 1: Cutting Vegetables

  1. Take fresh cauliflower and potatoes, washed thoroughly. Then cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets or according to your choice.
  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes. And set aside.

Step 2: Sautéing the Spices

  1. Take a pot, add oil in it and place the pot on low medium flame.
  2. Then add chopped onion and fry until brown. Then add crushed garlic cook for a minute.

  5. Add 2 tbs water and then cover the pot and simmer them on low medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

  1. When the spices are cooked add cut cauliflower and potatoes and mix well.
  2. Then add water in it, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes on low medium flame.
  3. When the potatoes & cauliflower are tender then cook until water dries and oil separate.
  4. Now the appealing cauliflower & potato curry is ready.

  1.  To prepare raita, take some fresh yogurt and whisk until smooth.
  2.  Then make chutney, take green chilies, mint and coriander leaves, then blend them in the blender and make a paste.
  3.  Now add prepare chutney according to your taste, add salt to taste, and mix well.
  4.   Then add chopped cucumber, chopped onions, chopped tomato and finely chopped mint leaves, and a pinch of roasted cumin powder. Mix well, and your delightful raita is ready to serve.
