  6. 1 tbs Tamarind pulp (Imli pulp)
  7. 2 tbs Olive oil
  8. 1 Cup boiled Chickpeas (Chanay)
  9. ½ Cup cubes Gajar (Carrot)
  10. ½ Cup cubes Cucumber (Kheera)
  11. 1 small chopped Onion (Pyaz)
  12. 1 cubes Tomato (Tamatar)
  13. 2 tbs finely chopped Fresh coriander (Hara dhania)
  14. Finely chopped Mint leaves (Podina)

Step 1: Boiling Chickpeas

  1. Take chickpeas and soaked them for overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas next day, then boil them in a pot until they become tender.
  3. Set the boiled chickpeas aside & let it cool for later use.
  4. You can also add boiled potatoes, red beans, or you can use mix white & black chickpeas or boiled or marinated chicken & boiled macaroni.
  5. You can also add boiled corn. It adds unique flavor in salad.

  1. Take all the vegetables of your choice like cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, green chilies, mint leaves, carrot and fresh coriander.

  4. You can use black pepper or use red chili powder instead of crushed red chili.
