  1. 750g Boneless beef with fat (Charbi)
  2. 8-9 cloves Garlic (Lehsan)
  3. 1 inch piece Ginger (Adrak)
  4. 6-7 Green chillies (Hari mirch)
  5. Handful Fresh coriander (Hara dhania)
  6. Handful Mint leaves (Podina)
  7. 1 & ½ tbs roasted & crushed Cumin seeds (Zeera)
  8. ½ tsp Baking soda
  9. 1 tsp or to taste Red chilli powder (Lal mirch powder)
  10. ½ tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi powder)
  11. ½ tsp Carom seeds (Ajwain)
  12. 1 tbs crushed Red chilli (Lal mirch)
  13. 1 & ½ tbs Coriander powder (Dhania powder)
  14. 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  15. ½ tbs or to taste Salt (Namak)
  16. 2 medium grated & squeezed Onion (Pyaz)
  17. 2-3 tbs Oil or ghee
  18. Charcoal for smoke (Koyla)
  19. 2 tbs Oil

Step 1: Preparing & Marinating Beef Ground

  1. Take boneless beef, clean and wash them thoroughly, dry
  2. Take a chopper, add cleaned, wash and then dry beef along with beef fat, then add other ingredients garlic, peeled ginger, green chilies, fresh coriander, mint leaves, cumin seeds, baking soda, red chili powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds, red chili crushed, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt & chop until well combined.
  3. Take out the prepared mixture in a bowl, add grated and squeezed onion, oil, and mix well.
  4. Wear gloves and knead the mixture well for 4-5 minutes, cover the bowl & marinate for 2-4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
  5. Then give coal smoke for 2 minutes for better flavor.

  1. Take some oil on hands and greased your hands, this a small amount of mixture (85g) in your hand & skew on metal skewer makes 14-15 or as much you required.
  2. If you don’t have metal skewer you can made it at home. Take 3-4 wooden skewer, bind them with thread and wrap them with aluminum foil.

Step 3: Grilling Seekh Kebab

  1. Take a frying pan, add oil in it & let it oil heat.
  2. Now remove kebabs from skewer and grill in pan or charcoal from all sides until done and soft.
  3. If you want to store the kebabs then in frying pan, add oil partially fry kebabs on medium flame from all sides for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Let the partially cooked kebabs cool.
  5. Then store the kebabs in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.
  6. Note: Don’t freeze uncooked beef seekh kebabs, store them partially cooked.
