- ¼ tsp roasted & crushed Zeera (Cumin seeds)
- ¼ tsp crushed Red chilli (Lal mirch)
- ¼ tsp or to taste Salt (Namak)
- ½ tbs Olive oil (optional)

Step 1: Preparing the Ingredients
- The most important step of making perfect beef kofta kebabs is choosing the right meat.
